Pokemon X/Y. please don't kill me. It was very bland and forgettable IMO. Bland characters, bland region(except Lumiose), mediocre pokemon designs overall, stupidly easy difficulty(even for Pokemon games) and more.
I feel like the game wouldn't be as much praised if it wasn't the first 3D pokemon game.



Bet with Intrinsic:

The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.

The soul games.. I love the atmosphere but I just get bored after a few hours, bloodborne I got to like the 5th boss and I just stopped playing.

Batman Arkham Knight. I was nonstop trashing the game prior to launch, saying it was gong to broken and or borig d no one should be getting it day one. A "developer" was trying to complain how all the gamers were ungrateful and such, and that people should preorder and yada yada yoda...
I ended up saying you know what? I loved Arkham City to death, I will give the game the benefit of the doubt.
The game was nowhere as fulfilling as Arkham City. Nowhere. The kicker is that I ran into several bugs that crashed the game... on the PS4 version! Ludacris. That was my first PS4 game because I bought the bundle. I never blamed the system, but I imagine I didn't even play through half of it.

Infinite Undiscovery.

The first time I played it I had an ok time with it. I just couldn't get into the story. The characters were ok but didn't particularly get into the gameplay. The second time I attempted to play it, I made it even less through the game. It was still a good way through. Broke a few chains, just couldn't get invested.

The tales of series, to be fair I have only played abyss but that one bored me (is one of the few games that I didn't beat after starting it). I'll try again with Berseria.

In XY's defense though, the gameplay was perfected there.

Of the top of my head: Dragon Quest VIII, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Psychonauts, tried but no. Add Skyward sword, really really tried, picked it back up 3 times, did not finish it.

GTA3, GTA4, GTA5 (just not my type of a game, but anyway I think and even feel by myself that GTA3 and GTA5 are great games and I respect devs for his work. GTA1 and GTA2 I have played a lot. Will try GTA5 again some time), Halo 3 (tried it a lot), Ocarina of Time (tried it on N64, on PC through emulation, then bought it day one on 3DS. Anyway can't beat it), Killzone 2, Tekken 6.
