Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).
I got the ultimate edition. I think it is gunna 'bomb' on npd though. Something like 200k maybe as low as 150k. I think digital is going to be pretty high launch week. They blasting the play 4 days early thing for preorder already. And the ultimate edition is such a good deal that I think it gunna hurt it's launch numbers.

Had the Ultimate Edition pre-ordered since 15th of June, 2016. I'm keen. Obviously.
Played the original to Death. Keen to replay the re-release of that as well, hopefully it has a Multiplayer population that will stick around.

1. RTS game ,on consoles, that sells 200k in its first month in USA shouldn't be called a "bomb" no matter what its name is.
2. This game should achieve a very high digital ratio, compared to other games, initially at least. In addition to being play anywhere game, a lot of people bought the ultimate edition digitally to get an early copy of the first game. Also, due to the nature of the game, "Play Anywhere" should effect it more than any other game.
3. I expect 150k on NPD which is good in my opinion. The realistic goal for this game should be 1-1.5 million worldwide.
I remember alot of talk about the original but this is the first thread I've seen for this game. PC aswell or just x1?

I hope it does good. It will have to or we can say goodbye to a age of empire game. Also I like this developer a lot and want to see them succeed. Between this and alien isolation it looks like they are quite talented. I think if it reviews really well and has a good word of mouth it could do 2 million lifetime but I think that's the ceiling(at least for the Xbox version)
