I have a pro and without tricks they run like crap as putting the game in low settings or selecting 1080p as output.

WIth the OG PS4 I have found there to be some stuttering with FFXV, but nothing that hindered my enjoyment of the game.

OG PS4, performance has been good so far. I did run into a glitch with Aranea.

Do you have Bloodborne as well? I read it's a similar situation as it had, can you confirm it?

Never had issue with BB. And FF15 works fine. Theres been a few hiccups, but thats to be expected in most games

Final Fantasy XV runs fine, but I guess I'm used to early 3D games where the frame rate wasn't the best so it may be better to ask others.

I've played BB several times and platted it. there was nothing major that detracts from the game and I got the game at launch. 

 

Bayonetta was real bad on PS3 and yet I still enjoyed it. BB is no where near as bad as Bayonetta.
