Sweet. I'm ready
too fcking awesome Sony!!
don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^
Meh. Honestly, for a game like Crash, the main draw is nostalgia. For me, the blocky PS1 era graphics are part of that.
I'm already playing Crash Bandicoot now in Skylanders Imaginators and here is what he looks like. Vicarious Visions is one of the developers for the Skylanders games and the Crash remasters so that is why it looks just like a Skylanders game.
Hey! They got SONY on my amiibo! Wait a minute. Two great gaming tastes that game great together!

QFT... gameplay wise it looks uninteresting. Also I realize Crash was good looking back then because of the limitation of the console but now that character design needs serious improvement. I think this should've been rebooted instead. A bit like Ratchet and Clank was.
That's pretty cool. I've only played Crash 2 so I might pick this up to try out the other two.

The familiarity and immediate / basic nature of this collection is what fans are looking for. The old Sonic & Mario games are very basic, but I still find myself playing them when the itch surfaces. (Mario All Stars & World seems to have a permanent place in my SNES.) Kids who haven't played the old Crash games may be in for a letdown, however.
I didn't really like Crash Bandicoot until Crash 3 and Crash Team Racing but I'm definitely on board for this one. It's a nice bit of nostalgia from the days when my little sisters and I played PS1 together.
