Is it really? I thought 15 was bigger than all of the open world games out there.

Not even close tbh I've completed XV, it's big but not as big as some other games out.

I see. You already completed XV?? That seems pretty fast considering the game came out recently. How is the XV map overall?

I've had the game since Friday and the main quest is not that long when compared to previous FF games tbh, took me about 20 hours.

Nah it is JRPG, honestly it is shallow if you compare to the likes of Witcher and Skyrim. The world is busting with monsters, but in terms of different play styles, you need to go back to WRPG for that.

I truly love skyrim and witcher 3..but those games are just sandbox/item search games with very little heart compared to JRPGS.  Fallout prolly has come closer to having decent storyline. Replay factor is good because because compared to other american games they have more stuff to do.  But if you have a basic sandbox/open world game with a JRPG storyline..you have a game that people will constantly want to replay. I'm not saying that FFXV will be that 100 percent...but from what I have seen so far this game has a fair amount of replay factor and possible have a different feel if you played it through a second time. I can't imagine where JRPGS will go from here.

You want a game that will suck your time up...play chrono trigger with its like 6 or more different endings.

It's not about the size
wink

I liked how people were selling FFXV as bigger than all the other games. So much for that.

Not that map size matters as much to me as world building scale. Give me an old school world map that zooms out the world will look bigger than GTA5 to me. I like complete worlds. I don't like "regions". Unless its Suikoden, but Suikoden has world maps aswell, wich made the world look HUGE.

Yeah but the world of XCX wasn't interesting then again, I'm not a huge XC fan to begin with. Just feels like FF12 with hack and slash mechanics. If people like that, that's fine. But honestly I think the biggest reason the series gets any attention at all is because it's on a Nintendo system XD which tends to lack a lot of the major RPGs on home consoles.

I haven't played FF15 yet, but if it's less empty and has more to do in it than XCX, I'll be happy

I think the nintenerds are too busy eating paste....

I know that sounds mean..but..Come on.....really guys.........Wii U?

You seem obsessed about the Wii U more than the game. Says more about you than the fanbase.

Side note: I wish and pray that XCX gets multiplatformed in the future. But.....

Ya, love dragging out people who actually play games on any device he wants, bravo man. Keep up the good work, on doing whatever the hell you think you are doing.

Just goes to show some people are still caught in this console war BS.
