Really hyped :)

Actually used my Play Station Four just for that this week to create a Japanese account and download the Judgement Demo Disc available on the Japanese Store. Took me a while to update the Play Station Four and find one controller lol; (did not use that thing since I bought it to play The Last Of Us) but it was worth it, the game looks great (played something like 6 hours).

I blame timezones.

I say the same for every zelda game, but as a fan I enjoy all the praise and all the goty nominations.

Well... If it gets 79 as an average, there would be other reviews marking it down so...

But IGN is weighted heavily for some reason so it can affect scores on it's own. Anyway, if it does get below 80, that will be a shame

True, I guess. I'd love for it to get some love since FF XIII didn't receive as much as I'd hoped.

I don't really mind at this point. I'm extremely hyped for the game. I'm already trying to see how to get every unlockable costume for the main characters. Can't wait to tackle almost every quest I can find. I think I'll try to aim for the platinum trophy / 1000/1000 Gs with this one as well. Even if everything fails, there's always the internet yaoi of the guys to give me comfort, which I already have a folder of.

IIRC I predicted 92, the same as Final Fantasy 12.
14 hours into the game, the plot at the starts feels like an excuse to go on a journey and Noctis role as the prince and geopolitics are underexploited. On 2016's storytelling standards and current fashion in japanese pop culture, the people suffering should be shown more too. I would say it's necessary to watch the movie before playing the game, and the movie's themes are completely ignored so far in the game. The plot is also way too mysterious, if they are going for big plot twists the story should make sense at first.
These are the only reasons to me for the game to have less than a 95 meta. I wonder how harsh the critics will be about this.

I'll defnietly get the game, but probably around Christmas time. I predicted 83 I believe. Interested in what reviewers have to say about it.

Also, it does have Iris so...I'll get it :P
