We could definatly see VR addon for Switch.

so maybe for the switch 2.0 |
The MS device isn't for gaming though. it's more like a HMD than a VR headset.
I don't see it happening. Nintendo is the last ones I would want working on VR. At least providing their own VR helmet. VR needs power, and Nintendo has shown time and again that they don't have it and don't care for power. Even if it means forsaking all 3rd party support.
Chase that blue ocean Nintendo. Chase on.

Depends of VR concept, you can have VR on mobile telephone.

If their solution is to put a 720p screen 2 inches from your face then they need to find another solution.

We dont know in what way Nintendo would done that, maybe they would release separate device that connects to Switch..
They will probably see how the VR scene plays out before committing to it.

Think about what you just said there.
I describe myself as a little dose of toxic masculinity.

They would need to release a seperate head set with its own LCD screens, which would be expensive.
720p is terrible for VR, imagine looking at an image. Now imagine looking at it through a screen door. That's what 720p VR looks like, even 1080p for VR is on the real low end, ideally you want at least 1440p.
