Bets:

1. If the Wii U sells closer to 10 million LTD by 1/3/2015 I win. If it sells closer to 9.5 million LTD by 1/3/2015 OfficerRaichu15 wins (winner gets 2 weeks of avatar control)--Lost.

For those wondering. The NPD Press Release will be released on Monday 22nd of August.

Boutros, even if Nintendo Pr said "almost 80%", i think you should use "

Today we will be getting software numbers?

Can somebody explain this chart too from OP :

1. Call of Duty: Black Ops III - 64k (excluding bundle units); 194k (including bundle units)
2. Minecraft > 175k (#1 without digital sales and bundles)
3. Grand Theft Auto V - 172k
4. Monster Hunter Generations > 165k
5. Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire
6. LEGO Star Wars: The Force Awakens

Are digital sales included in this chart or this is RETAIL only?

The list you quoted is for revenue, although some games have asterisks because their publishers have not agreed to share their digital sales data with NPD. Since its a list for revenue, higher priced games have an advantage.

The list from the OP is for unit sales and retail only, unless otherwise noted.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.
