or will the Wii U version even be released at all?

I know they have said it will be released at the same time just like they said about TP and the Gamecube-  but Nintendo will say whatever is expedient - Zelda TP Gamecube released a month?  Maybe more after the Wii version-   I seriously doubt Nintendo will release the Wii U version at the same time as the NX version-  they will say it is being delayed yada yada yada for some reason-  the question is how long will it be relased after the NX version?  Or wil  they just say F it and not release the Wii U version at all or perhaps hold it for a year or more?

reading Kimishima s answers at the Investor Q and A, it is pretty clear they are distancing themselvs from the Wii U and quick-  he did not say ANYTHING in support of the wii u. It is as if they will only say the "wii u name" in hushed tones at Nintendo going forward

EDIT: Just forgot to mention. They are not cancelling the Wii U version... at all. I could mention tons of reasons to support this, but their last actions speak for it: they announced the only playable version at E3 will be Wii U's. So yeah, they are not cancelling the Wii U version.

The smart business decision would be to release it after, like a month or two.

The ballsy decision would be to can the Wii U version.

Same time is absolutely fine. I don't see *too* much of a problem with it.

Cancelling the Wii U version is not a possibility, as far as I'm concerned. Zelda U will always be Zelda U. The true Zelda NX will come soon enough down the line.

I agree that they will release the wii u version but I think it will be released AT LEAST a month, probably more after the NX version- which will not make e happy as a launch day buyer of the wii u and someone who will def not be buying the NX at launch or close to it if at all

I think Nintendo will use the NX version to entice as many wii u owners to jump to the NX before releasing the wii u version and that may take some time
