A "genderless" bathroom is just a way of discrimination. They are not "genderless" nor they are a "third gender" of any kind.

Of topic, slightly.

A lesbian friend of mine showed me a post on Facebook, yesterday. It said something like "You're mad because you got " tricked " by a trans female? She's made you tricked her into thinking you're a decent human being "

I looked at the comments. People were pissed off because men weren't attracted to a woman that wasn't technically a woman! It blew my mind. Comments like "You're going to let something as simple as what between their legs stop you from being with the love of your life?" And "It you take chromosomes into account, 30% of the population are genderless" there were some Hateful comments from both sides and did you know there is something called cisgender and pansexual!?!

I just want pussy, okay! (To which somebody replied, "Oh, you're saying you'll fuck anything with a pussy, huh?").

Yeah I've had a similar thing happen with me. That I "HAVE" to find them attractive or else I'm a transphobic asshole... for me at least, no matter how much they look female, I can still tell theyre male. There's specific features of a male you cant really get rid of with surgery or makeup. I find the bone structure of females a lot more attractive than that of males. I have friends who Identify as the opposite sex and thats fine but I also dont find them sexually appealing at all o~o

However, I will say Asians can sometimes pull it off very well

I couldn't care less who i share a restroom with. It's like people think trans are going into these bathrooms to be perverted and rape molest people, it's pretty, ridiculous.

That being said how weird would be for a young child, who is not familiar with transgender, seeing a person who appears to the opposite sex in the bathroom with them?

You know, I've seen women in the men's room many times at concerts--which is actually a lot more invasive than the other way around--and I don't remember anyone having a problem.

Well, the mindset is that women can do it because men can't be victims of sexual assualt.

And snuggle the girls be they short or tall,
Then follow young Mat whenever he calls,
To dance with Jak o' the Shadows."

i personally don't get the issue.

i've taken a piss in a men's room while a women was cleaning. I've seen women use the bathroom while a male is cleaning. so what's the issue that anyone has??

for all i care get rid of the entire concept of two bathrooms and just have one that everyone can use. once inside the everyone gets a individual stall anyways so the only interaction is while washing your hands. hell,.. a single genderless bathroom would take care of the gender inequality that occurs with women have obnoxiously long lines compared to men too! Actually,.. now that i think about it, it would help my family too because having to pick if me or my wife is going to change my kid's diaper is hard with all the crap i have to carry. it would be awesome if both my wife and i could go in together and help each other out.

but whatever,.. i just really don't care one way or the other.

I find that men generally care far less about this issue than women. Personally I think either we should have Unisex bathrooms or we continue to separate the sexes based on biology. Not ideal for some people but generally seems to work pretty well.

Simple what ever you were born that's your fuckin bathroom, or the UniSex bathroom where available

Being a transgender is extremely tough for some people. Consider how hard it was to be homosexual before that was generally accepted, and multiply that, because it's larger than just your sexual orientation. I've met some people who had taken operations to change their genders, and they'd suffered immensely before the operation.

If you're a woman "born in the wrong body" (meaning you were born male), having to go to the men's bathroom every time you go to the bathroom is extremely unpleasant. The same goes the other way around. There's no doubt that for them, being able to choose would be a massive benefit.

If you've ever accidentally walked into the wrong bathroom, you'll likely see lots of people staring at you. I have an acquaintance who considers himself to be a man, but was born as a woman. He hasn't had any kind of operation, but if you look at him, and were asked which gender he was, you'd definitely guess male. He's got far more muscles than I do, has short hair, and arguably more masculine traits to his face than I do. In other words, he'd look completely and utterly out of place in a women's bathroom, but nobody would notice him in a men's bathroom.

Passing a law that lets him use the bathroom in which he doesn't look out of place makes complete sense to me. The notion that people, given the choice, would use the bathroom where they look like they're intruding is insane. Virtually nobody would do that. The people who do might have to be handled, but not by traumatising a far larger group of people who are completely innocent.

Hmm remind me why a non issue as this is discussed on a game community. Btw I think your statement is pure BS they can piss where they want. One way or another people are going to look weird at that person anyway. Males are just going to look a bit more weird at them than women I guess.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

That's because us males have the "privilege" of shorter lines due to not having to take an hour to relieve ourselves followed by a round of "freshening up" and yapping away with about half a dozen of our friends.

That's why we need unisex / genderless bathrooms.... to score a victory for gender equality and to stick it to the Patriarchy!  /s

You know I was always wondering why no one ever used the dollar sign for $ony, but then I realized they have no money so it would be pointless.
