Really? If I remember correctly, he did give you guys the numbers for the last npd. Don't see that user around much though.

He gave us basically all the info we know from the March NPD...

Nearly all the sales numbers for the top 10, platform split on multiplats, hardware numbers (to the closest 100 units), etc.

Aquamarine was a known insider on GAF, and one of the main sources for NPD info, until all of a sudden, GAF banned him/her. So he/she signed up to VGC to still be able to give info. If what you mean by alt is that you think it's a different VGC user who made an account to leak without using their main account, I really doubt it. I just think he/she isn't too interested in the other discussions going on here, so doesn't comment much on other stuff than NPD.

I mean that aqua could just be using the profile for leaks and that's it. Probably has other profiles so he's able to converse. Otherwise, why leak anything at all?

The poll should have an option for "neither," since that's the most likely outcome of this. This rumor bulls**t really needs to stop, but I'm sure it won't until E3 is over.

Bingo!  GameStop and the link, are really trying to stay alive.  They don't want to go the way of Video Stores, Music Stores, Movie Stores, DVD stores, Movie Rental, etc.

They need stuff on their shelves for people to browse. 

Does anyone remember the controversy when those stores started selling Used games?  The Gaming Industry had to cave, and now around 50% of their profits come from reselling games.  But with console says becoming more digital they are going to be running out of products to resell in a few years.

That's what I'm saying... Gamestop is, will and most importantly should die... They are the real rip off and why DD is held back... One day console gaming will be cheap like on PC with steam... But for that we need to cut the middle man and secondary market...
