Champ vs champ is the bigger draw. Ferguson or Khabib may just have to wait a bit.

But we'll see, McGregor is gonna need to fight with increased frequency to hold two titles at the same time.

I mean I agree Conor was winning the fight before he got rocked but he was fighting stupid Keeping his hands down agaisnt a guy who has longer reach and abandoning his strategy of leg kicks in the second round and trading blows he even seemed gassed in the second.

The problem is that Diaz now has a right to challenge RDA because he just beat the #1 contender and now Aldo want's his rematch that he deserves as well, UFC 200 needs more than one title fight if they plan to sell out 100k having Mcgregor vs Aldo rematch and then Diaz vs RDA is the right way to go there are no other Champions that could be available for that card now, there is no need to hold up the 145 division when you have two challengers waiting with Aldo and Frankie who both deserve shots.

Conor wasn't just winning, he was dominating. It got to the point he was actually letting Diaz hit him so he could pretend they don't hurt. Once that started happening, it completely changed the pace of the fight. Its the dumbest things since... Anderson Silva vs Chris Weidman. McGregor following with a take down was also stupid given Diaz's ground game.

We'll see what happens. I think Dana still wants a champ vs champ superfight. We haven't had one of those in a long time. But McGregor also needs to defend his belt.

He did that because his legs were gone and he knew he was going to get Knocked Out Diaz was putting pressure and he couldn't recover, IMO that was all he could do there was like 1min plus left in the round and he hoped that if he could take it to the ground then he could grind it out until the round was over.

Funny thing about that his he was just talking about he turns guys into panic wrestlers at the pre-fight press conference, and that's exactly what he did when Diaz rocked him. Turned into a panic wrestler. Give props though he admitted he panicked. 

Also Conor just said his next fight will be defending the belt.

Yeah he just said he will defend his featherweight belt. He said whoever tye fans want to see. So that means edgar or aldo will be bitching over who deserves it more.

Diaz against RDS makes the most sense.

On the fight itself, Puggsly has it spot on. Mcgregor was about to win the second round after a dominant first and he messed up. At the higher weight against a heavier guy he was pretty gassed. Diaz was tired too but once mcgregor dropped the hands and tried doing an Anderson silva there was only 1 winner.

The biggest loser in all of this is aldo. He said after he lost that he would fight conor place, anytime, anywhere. But when RDS pulled out he said no and no he's just after calling out mcgregor calling him a pussy.

Why would you go on a forum before watching it back?  Or on the Internet period.  

 

I'm sorry for spoiling it but you didn't exactly make a big effort not to get spoiled.  

 

Like in the football thread.  They always put the big headlines and results in the title.  If you want to watch the match later without spoilers stay off the Internet!
