Should be interesting and the only Comparable HW atm. 

PS4 looks to have a guaranteed victory but you can't just count out the 3ds just yet,  especially after its performance in the past month.

PS4 has Huge Games coming out, did well this year and should easily be up YoY. 

3DS also has a couple of huge games,  but it is on the decline but tbh 2016 lineup looks way better than 2015.

Honestly, I don't see how sales between 3DS/Ps4 are more comparable than WIIU/Ps4 in Japan or even than Xbone/3DS WW. In japan it is quite clear that the dominant handheld will win easily. Handhelds have always done better sales than console and it is even more true today.

Although I think this comparison can be fun but we already know which console will win. 

I actually think that the ps4 is going to do ok, not great. The 3ds is declining, but it would have to sell really bad, in terms of handheld sales, to sell as low as a console. I may end up wrong, but I'm going with the 3ds easily sells more.

In Japan 3DS worldwide the PS4 already closed the gap by over 10 million units.

Will be interesting but I think it is the 3DS that will won unless Nintendo confirm it's obsolete next month.

Ps4 has actually a lot including ffxv and 3ds has a couple of major titles such as pokémon (z or something), YW3, MH Stories?, DQXI comes out on ps4 too though lol), DQ Joker 3?
