Agreed though ps4 is my preferred choice for the 8th gen.

To those that argue that sales do reflect on which console is best that gen, I find it highly offensive and hypocritical that you wouldn't include the Wii in that argument.
Depends who buys the console, if the majority of core gamers buy the PS4 then yes its the best console by the majority who voted with their wallets. The Wii had a lot of casual gamers buying the console but then again the wii did something right if it made your grandma buying a console
Well this site is unique for its sales data. Soooo there is quite a lot of talk about sales.

And I'm the complete opposite.
Loved my PS1, my N64 collected dust.
Loved my PS2, my Gamecube collected dust. XBOX was in the middle.
Loved my PS3, my Wii collected dust. X360 was decent till the end.
Love my PS4, XBONE is collecting dust after finishing Halo 5 campaign. Not getting Wii U for a long, long, long time.

I loved that gen. I had a PS1, N64 and a Saturn. Got to play some of the most amazing games on the PS1 and N64.
Anyone remember Fade to Black on the PS4? Or Mace on the N64?
