I just hate the fact that it will be limited by the Wii U. Seems like a huge waste. It could have been the best game of all time.

Releasing it for the Wii U is really important to not anger the Wii U fans

They can just make it crossgen or make a new Zelda game for the NX...

How can you gain 20/30 million. When Zelda sells on average 4.5 million copies. Which is why putting it on Wii U wouldn't be stupid. The attach rate is high with Nintendo games, in the first place. I'd easily see 40% of Wii U owners buying Zelda. Or 20% will and 20% will buy Wii U, for the game.

What I mean is a 20/30 million increase in install base to even sell the game to. But, what do you mean by the bolded?

Zelda will be on NX. The only question is whether it will also be on Wii U.

I think it's the other way around. The next Zelda was (very) briefly spoken about in the Nintendo Direct this month, and they said it was a Wii U game, while an NX release wasn't spoken about at all.

You clearly don't understand the Zelda U is Wii U game not port of NX Zelda game, NX Zelda will be port of Zelda U game, same like TP Wii was port of TP GC. Zelda U is in development for Wii U at least from 2012. (maybe earlier), and last December they said they want it to release it this holiday season on Wii U, that means that game is almost finished for Wii U.

So ditching Wii U game that is almost finished and that was in development around 4 years would be very stupid and basically throwing money in well even if they release NX version beacuse Wii U version will sold in worst case at least 1-2m sold copies, not to mentioned anger of Wii U owners and bigest Nintendo suporters whom Nintendo promised Zelda U game right after launch. But luckily Nintendo isn't that stupid and they releasing Zelda U on Wii U.

How can be limited by the Wii U when Zelda U is Wii U project on first place and NX will get only port of that game!?

Almost every time when Nintendo is talking about Zelda U they saying that is Wii U game and we know that from January 2013, last confirmation was only 2 weeks ago, and yet some people still having doubts even they dont have any reason to doubt.

So only real question is that Zelda U will be ported to NX, I think it will be because It's very obvious that is another TP situation that we had last gen, even we dont have any confirmation for that.

They also said it was coming in 2015.

And after Skyward Sword that "the next Zelda won't take 5 years".

They are pathological liars, how am I supposed to trust anything they say?
