Forums - Gaming Discussion - Despite the complaining over the lack of games, is Xenoblade X the only game Wii U owners really need this holiday season?

Actually, now that I think about it, I only bought four 2014 retail releases too; Tropical Freeze, Bayonetta 2, Hyrule Warriors, and Mario Kart 8.

(It should be noted though that since I live in PAL, Captain Toad was a January 2015 release for me)

I managed to pad things out with games that came out before I bought my Wii U, like Rayman Legends and Sonic Racing Transformed, as well as eshop games like Art of Balance and The Swapper, but the point is, even in its "prime" the Wii U has always been short on games.

I know you don´t like Smash 4 but I though you actually bought it.

Me and my brother went halves in it this year so it could be the main party game at his birthday in July. I've barely touched it myself, the controls and physics really don't agree with me.
