Legacy of Kain series. One of my favorite video game stories that I think would translate beautifully into the current generation. I don't think just a remaster would do the series justice. I would want a total remake. And of course Amy Hennig would need to helm it as well.

As an inFAMOUS fanboy I'd love an inFAMOUS Collection! Or a GTA 3D Collection (III, Vice City and San Andreas) with updated controls, a checkpoint system and whatnot would be sick!

6th and 7th generation titles still look great on HDTV's via optimal connections(ie component and HDMI respectively). I would much rather complete remasters/remakes of very rare titles from the 5th generation such as Panzer Dragoon Saga(holy shit, just checked it on Ebay... Nothing less than $400US...).

Actually, now that Fire Emblem has become a popular franchise, Nintendo could remake the FE games that never arrived to the West. Maybe as compilations (FE Elibe saga, FE Jugdral saga, FEvTellius saga). Also, the PS2 and the DS have a lot of great RPGs that were overshadowed by their huge library, they could look for something there.
