Didn't see that this forum thread had been created yet, so I thought I'd get it going.

Certainly everyone's been having a great time with this title.  Perhaps even more fun than they thought they would.  But certainly every time you make a level you wish for something else, and realize it wouldn't be too difficult to implement.  So what would you like to see Nintendo add in the first batch of DLC, which I expect to see sometime in April?

I've seen several people already mentioning checkpoints.

I'd also like to see an overworld map generator.

Thoughts?  And do you think April is too soon for DLC?  Also, what would you be willing to pay for the first batch?

I believe the first DLC might arrive near Christmas since Star Fox was delayed.

For what I whish for people who own the game well:

-Free Checkpoint DLC;

-Free Name-Title-Country research-bar to find leves faster DLC;

-Lacking Enemies, bigger stages (especially vertically), more sound effects €5,99 DLC

More stuff :D

Checkpoints and more enemies ( Shy Guys, Charging Chucks, etc.) is all I really want!

they should have just charged us for every individual sprite. or sold them in little DLC packs. that really would have enhanced the experience IMO

Taller levels would definitely be nice. And I think the lack of Shy Guys and Pidget (carpet riders) are a giveaway that the first DLC will be a Super Mario 2 pack.

Ability to create worlds, not just levels

Slopes

Koopalings

Shy Guy

Checkpoints

its bullshit that nintendo put so much content in the regular purchase anyway. it should have been for 60 dollars, you get SMB sprites, and before the game came out, DLC packs should have been announced that offer SMB3, SMW, and NSMB U for $15 dollars each. that way, the developer can get more money, because that is pretty much my primary concern.

My biggest issue are the missing checkpoints. Tower-like stages would also be a really cool addition.

I'd like the game to have a free DLC that gives me a download code for the full game.

...not having money sucks.

*sad, understanding nod*
