Yes they overreacted, its a spin off game. like spinoff of resident evil never existed before..? Also the same people who were outcrying are probably the same people buying the call of duty zombie mode.

Pretty much this, it can turn out to be the best competitive MP shooter ever invented, it will still be an enormous insult to the entire fambase of RE that the game they are releasing to comemorate the 20th aniversary is a monstrosity that has absolutly no relation to what ppl actualy like on RE games.

I don't trust Capcom to make RE 7 without somehow shoehorning co-op in.

Its a brand symbol they will probably release more resident evil games coming up

Gamers, as a general rule, are whiny little bitches who can only be tolerated to the degree that they are making witty and snarky comments about the just-as-insufferable gaming industry.

Until Capcom makes a game that is like CV, and the original, real RE games, I am staying on the sidelines. Haven't cared since CV.
