Do you have a solid idea on what it would be?

Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

Of course. Something Sci-fi-ish. There's a particular story that I've had in mind for a while now. Of course the question is whether it'll materalize in a game or a book first, and that's assuming I'd take the time to write it out, lol.

The dark tower series is good.

If you have the resources and time, make a game! But, obviously, making a book is easier.

I say go for it, but like a hobby. Instead of replaying Super Metroid for the 29th time, or whenever you feel like you have nothing to do, work on your book. Not for very long sessions though, or else you'll feel burnt out.

Almost everything from Stephen King is gold.

I recently been reading a lot of Mario Puzo stuff (The Sicilian, The Last Don, Omerta); if you like the Godfather (or you are interested in Italian Mafia), you can't go wrong with Puzo.

Read "The Stars my destination"

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

The thing is, I'm not sure if I have what it takes to write a book, As in, I don't think I could write in a way that'd keep a reader's attention. That, and the story is more fitting for a game, lol.

Still, If I wanted to make a game it'd not be any easier. To make things worse, I'm a perfectionist, so I'd probably work on the thing for years
But there's also the problem that I'm not sure if I could get the characters in my head to turn out the way I'd want. The only way I could do that would be if I could draw them, but I can't draw for shiz
That's why I expressed doubt before. I'm afraid it's likely that I'll never get a chance to turn this idea into a reality...
