The Amendola hit was definitely a cheap shot, but so was the hit on Brady on the ensuing drive. Things have only been mildly testy, and hopefully it stays that way in the second half.

Yes, I am looking forward to more dirty hits. Brady to the hospital!

Stay classy, Rol.  You sound like the salty troopers on Twitter, all whining about the Patriots winning.  Some moron in the heights of salt actually said the refs never call anything on the Pats...even though, you know, Amendola got flagged for that hit lol.

It would have been hilarious if they hadn't. While it wasn't so bad as to lead to an ejection, it was as blatant (and unnecessary) a foul as you're ever going to get.

Not calling Amendola probably would've broken the internet, frankly.  Besides, if Burfict didn't get ejected, no fucking way they can eject Amendola for that.

Offense may need to score on just about every possession from here on out. Defense has allowed 13 3rd down conversions (I think), plus a fourth down conversion. They've gotta be exhausted at this point.

Aye, Pats O is working again, but I'm still concerned given the injuries on the D (Their LB corps is roughed up atm)

lol, Refs gifted that TD to Smith, btw.

Super Super obvious block in the back.

Edelman and Gronk have combined for 14 catches, 163 yards and 2 TD's in their return, through 3 quarters.

Can't believe that Brady is still standing upright. Just how stupid are the Chiefs? The rules of football allow you to take another player out of the game for the low price of an ejection. Surely, there is someone disposable on your active roster of 45 players.

Probably because it would be their entire team, and coaching staff after tens of thousands of fans tore them to pieces.

This game was always going to be heavily influenced by injuries.  A healthy Gronk and Edelman through the entire game = good odds for the Pats.

Also, I always find this interesting.  Especially since they had it at 99% in favour of the Seahawks last year - until the worst play call of all time.

Oh I think the game already is already heavily influenced by injuries.  Both for the Pats and the Chiefs.  Maclin, Hali and Houston being banged up are huge losses for the Chiefs, and just imagine if the Patriots were actually even 50% healthier.

I really thought the Chiefs would continue the run of good form they held. 10 straight wins leading into this game.

Patriots fans sure are an unclassy bunch.

EDIT: Wow, the Patriots are scumbags. First a nasty hit, then they'll challenge the ruling on the field.

EDIT2: Girls with #ranNFL tags on their breasts on Twitter. I have to admit, I like the inclusion of social media on TV.

They learned it from watching you Rol, they learned it from watching you.
