Metal gear solid it's has Japan unlike Batman.
MGS4 bundle boosted ps3 with 65k in 2008 in Japan so MGS5 will boost Ps4 like that too

PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m

I'm actually gonna go with batman; the design looks cooler and Batman has more broader appeal and the game is more approachable(meaning players playing the game for the first time)

Both games sell heavily in the west. Metal Gear also influenced a lot of western games. The philosophy behind that game isnt really geared towards Japanese people even though its made by a Japanese guy.
