I wish they would kill them immediately after being sentenced as to stop wasting tax dollars keeping them on death row.

If you kill multiple people, why should you be spared? I don't understand the reasoning for not supporting the dealth penalty.

You say that's not what the justice system is about.

How about morality? The people that are sentenced to death are truely evil people. Why do they deserve to live? Honestly they had their chance in life.

Well if america would  put to death in a expedited fashion all of the molesters, raptists, serial killers, mass murderers, violent gang bangers and repeat violent criminals (as in muggers, robbers, home invaders), it would improve the quality of life there. The prisons would be less crowded and they could actually rehabillitate/educate the criminals that are in prison for the less serious crimes.

Less crime overall, lots of money saved and it would actually prevent or deter alot of serious crime. Molesters and serial killers will keep doing it until they are caught or dead. Molesters are caught usually after they molested over 20 kids and as punishment they are typically given a slap on the hand (a few years). It's cheaper to just kill them and it ultimately serves justice in the best way. 

The justice system and how they go about executions needs to be changed in order to swiftly catch, put to trial fairly but quickly and punish severely all who are found guilty of serious crimes. 

I quite agree with a system we have in Russia since 90-s. We HAVE a death penalty in the law for soem most terrible crimes (terrorism, mass kills).
BUT we are signed a agreeement and we are NOT putting those criminals to death.

So we have it in the law. But in fact those who do terrible crimes are getting a crime time until the end of their lives. As an extemption.

My argument would be: why do it, if it doesn't improve the life of anyone and (obviously) ruins the life of that one person? I believe the goal of society to be to improve its quality of life, in average.

personally I think they should be given a choice, an expedited death penalty or the choice of a chance to give back to society by volunteering for human trials on various drugs, cancers, diseases, if they survive they get the "relative" comfort of knowing there life isn't just wasted and even a chance to survive if they prefer that to death. It isn't so much about punishment as what possible value to society does having the person imprisoned for life bring, They can never ever be released as the risk to society is to great, a lifetime of torturing them with confinement benefits nobody.

europe punishes their criminals much, much less, but still has much lower crime rates, and barely any repeated acts. (Governments work alot on reintegrating even the worst, succesfully).

Of course no, only ass backwards countries have the death penalty anyway. Basically every secular and modern society has gotten rid of this idiocy

what is more important, money or human lives? is it worth so little to make sure the death sentence is only applied to actually guilty people ? is that the moral choice?

When you get death sentence for murdering people... Who is killing the guy that killed the murderer? And then that guy also needs to be killed. And then that guy...

To be honest, I know very little of europe's crime and what not. I'm gonna have to find some decent news sources for info and look at statistics from different sources. 

I know that you cannot reintegrate serial killers, molesters and mass murderers back into society. The alternatives are too expensive.
