That seems way too soon, so I doubt that. Would be awesome if it did happen though.

Sorry. Not a chance in hell this will happen. You'll be looking at something around the 26-27 million mark by that point at best. But regardless, even that would be an amazing achievement from here to the end of September. Like others have said, end of September is just under 30 weeks away, with 9.8 million more needed between now and then. Thats well over 300K a week worldwide. Sorry, but this is the most "way off the mark" prediction I've seen in a while.

PS4 limited with MGS V bundle

Yeah, i know that probabily don't will be huge as the White PS4 with Destiny, but can make a huge boost!

Sony said that there is a chance for coming even in the west.

It would mean an average of around 1.4M a month for 7 months, but yeah I think PS4 could sell 30 million by the end of September.

Last year PS4 only had Infamous Second Son as a new major exclusive between Jan and the end of September last year and it managed to sell about 7.5M in 9 months. This year PS4 has The Order, Bloodborne, Tearaway Unfolded, hopefully Ratchet & Clank and Until Dawn, along with any indies that make it out in that time, that a much bigger library than last year.

There's also a bunch of 3rd party, God of War 3 Remastered in July which should move a fair few consoles.

30 million by the end of September is quite a tall order. I don't think the PS4 will hit that milestone, but it will be within striking distance. The game lineup for this year is much better than last year. Even the PS4's summer lineup is decent.

Metal Gear Solid 5 bundles.  Japan will love that more than Destiny even if it doesn't sell as much in the US as Destiny did.  Also what if they cut price by September?

MGSV bundle isn't going to sell something like 300k in Japan.

If they cut the price it depends on if it's $299 or $349. $299 and it'll get to 30 million by the end of September.

No chance in hell, it was 18.5m from the start of the year so it would have to sell 11.5m in just 9 months which include the lower selling summer months. If it makes 30m by september 30th then it would be on course for a 20m calender year, last year it sold 13.6m and i just can't see a 6.4m increase yoy. I would say 27m by 30/9/15.
