It would mean an average of around 1.4M a month for 7 months, but yeah I think PS4 could sell 30 million by the end of September.
Last year PS4 only had Infamous Second Son as a new major exclusive between Jan and the end of September last year and it managed to sell about 7.5M in 9 months. This year PS4 has The Order, Bloodborne, Tearaway Unfolded, hopefully Ratchet & Clank and Until Dawn, along with any indies that make it out in that time, that a much bigger library than last year.
There's also a bunch of 3rd party, God of War 3 Remastered in July which should move a fair few consoles.
