No matter what Nintendo does some people will just want to make it sound negative.

If Nintendo gives the Wii U a price drop = "Wow, Nintendo's getting really desperate".
If Nintendo talks about how their system has the best reviewed games = "That's just sad".

Reality is hars, believe me. But we live in reality world.

We do.

A.) The common man is a fool with no appreciation for the art of ludology. They buy the hyped machine and then the hyped machine gets hyped games. The one that tries to sell on the best ludology, in part due to horrific marketing incompetence, is the one to suffer worst.

B.) By having rubbish marketing Nintendo are put in the position where people assume they aren't as good because they have no. When reality reveals they have better games, despite having a few less average ones per year, people will go into denial or even get angry because its not the reality their leaders have ingrained in them. Its like how creationists get mad at scientists for disproving (the oxymoronic, but hyped up in their culture) 'creationist scholars'.

and yet why are you here? , and you take time to reply my question regarding your unnecessary comment. If you think this topic is ridiculous feel free to not involve in this topic

Backwards logic you have there. How am I supposed to know if I agree with a particular thread unless I read it? Furthermore, if the point of this forum is not to respond to said threads, regardless of how I feel about them, then what is the point?

I hate to break it to you, but if this site only consisted of people that didn't criticize others' threads, there would be no users. I'm only responding to your egregious stance towards a company's metacritic scores. If you feel strongly about that, maybe you shouldn't be making threads at all.

Do you understand, i am making this topic is to discuss , and i don't need any reason beside that, but you derailing the thread by giving unnecessary comment. If you really what to involve with the topic please bring more reasonable comment and not derailing the topic.

are you for real? or is it sarcasm?...

34 years playing games.

Don't mind the concept of an advertisement focusing on metacritic scores. I really only take issue with the min-maxing and arbitrary qualifications they're using to make the difference as large as they possibly can, which does remind me more of arguing on a forum than something a company would do. Seems somewhat petty and childish, but maybe my opinion is colored by the people I usually see using such tactics and my thoughts on them.

Ah, the people who always rely on Metacritic will now be hating Metacritic just because Nintendo has spoken about it.

That is unlikely to stay the case for much longer, looking at the 2015 release schedule. Then what are they going to do?

Release Splatoon, Zelda U, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Yoshi's Woolly World, Mario Maker, Majoras Mask, Project S.T.E.A.M., Xenoblade Chronicles 3D, Monster Hunter 4, Puzzle & Dragon: Mario Bros Edition... etc.

Question is, what are Sony and Microsoft gonna do? The third party support that pushed them ahead seems increasingly careless...

I can't see those ones scoring at all well.

And Monster Hunter 4 is Capcom, not Nintendo.

Kirby's Epic Yarn scored 87%.

Well, Nintendo has been making quality games, with a few exceptions. Also, that article is painfully written.

Bragging about metacritic scores, on a professional (or executive) level, sounds a bit weak though.

So you saying yuck to nintendo because they  are proud that they make games better then the other companies?
