Wow, that would probably mean all future Disney related games would be at least timed exclusive, or have PS exclusive content.

But I don't see Disney wanting Sony as a whole. There are too many business divisions that Disney wouldn't want. If Sony eventually got out of all types of hardware other than Playstation, and spun off it's financial services division then I could see Disney sweeping up those entertainment bits. But Some of Sony's hardware manufacturing other than Playstation is pretty solid, and Sony wouldn't spin off it's one division (financial services) that has kept the wolves from the door for the last 5 or 6 years. So I doubt Sony would ever be a package Disney would want.

In Sony's financial report  just released Sony pictures was the only division to not make a profit , and iirc hasn't for quite a while  it is  very seasonal and  a very capital intensive business so you have lots of money tied up  much like  the games division where a few big hits every year pay the bills,  but way more expenditure with out the saftey net of money from other sources that the games division has , having said that it is still a large part of Sony and will recover it justs needs a big summer blockbuster.

Yeah, no. I don't see what Disney would want with a failing company after they acquired Spiderman. Their games are already quite popular on consoles. And what would they do with the rest?
