That game that's exclusive to the third platform

There's a game coming to XBone that is like this?

There's a game coming to XBone that is very very like this.

I have a PS4 and an Xbone and I have no idea what the fuck you're talking about.

It's obviously Scalebound. But we aren't supposed to talk about it.

Bet Shiken that COD would outsell Battlefield in 2018. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=8749702

This might be my first final fantasy and I'm pleased with the news it's one big world.

Now Ni No Kuni was great, but you had a dragon...

Anyway the map looks huge and the game, great. Can't wait to play it (next year probably).

Yep you sure did get a dragon in Ni No Kuni. I was talking about the greatest jrpg of last gen though.

Final Fantasy XIII? You had to walk the whole way through that...

Yep. The map in XV looks exactly the size of XIII. (Obviously just joking people.)

If there's not an overworld airships won't really work IMO.

IE, the game will feel small (IE like a city instead of a world). It will fill probably like the size of GTA5, which is a city, and not a whole world.

The reason why they worked in the past before is they went with an overworld separate from the actual zones. (which itself is much smaller than even pulse in FFXIII). -Also what I say can be ignored if they indeed are having an overworld.

Now you could argue they should implement the overworld (And I believe they showed this in initial builds). But with the exception of FFVII. I don't really think the overworld was an interesting mechanic. (I can elaborate as to why I think FFVII's World Map was brilliant and the other FF's weren't).

Sorry, completely forgot about Scalebound.

Why am I not allowed to talk about Scalebound?

Not definitive if they are in or not, but are you kidding?  The draw distance in that FFXV demonstration was huge. It was a very small portion of the world too according to them.

You would need some faster way eventually to get across areas considering the size of this game.  Screw fast travel, you'd get around just fine with an airship.

Draw distance was fine, but the map was small. you wouldn't need an airship.

Compare the city to the land. It isn't big. Having a slower mode of transportation like a car (not to mention having to go around mountains, ect) will make it feel much bigger.

It doesn't need to feel big the whole game though. Dragon quest 8 at flight transportation but only in end game, and that was fine.

I was actually referring to the Xbox One version of FFXV. Because it is a very very similar game that is on Xbox...

The post that started it I believe was referring to a certain game on a certain U, I mean Console.

I apologize if the OP came off as hateful to some, but rather it's about anger. Two different energies. Hatred for instance is rated AO and coming to a Steam near you.

Anger comes before that.

Well this thread has become confusing quickly
