Yes and no. If the japanese premier minister visits the Yasukuni-shrine some PS4 will be burned. But afterall the chinese people are consumers and the politics mostly isn't of interest. And japan is cultural a lot closer to china than the US. Chinese people will like japanese games more, because of the culture. Heck, Dynasty Warriors is about chinese history. Dragonball is about a chinese legend. Yes, PS4 will sell better.

Well. I mean there are ppl in my country China (Now I am US college student)hate Japanese but I am pretty most most of them arent gamers. Most gamers who would want to buy a console dont have such hatry against Japan and in fact most of them grew up with PS2, they are what we call sony fanboys.

Surveys cannot be taken at face value. We could conduct a survey here for just U.S consumers as to what console they will purchase this holiday and not only would the PS4 have more votes than X1 but also the Wii U. Does that mean that will accurately reflect actual retail sales? Absolutely not.

To answer your question, yes. The user who was giving historical reasons as why Xbone may sell better is about as credible as an interent poll. There is no scientific data to back either up.
