I already asked a friend of mine to visit (and join) this site... Eventually, he did! His name is TO13. He says he likes it here and he averages out at around 2 posts a day. That means he has become quite a regular visitor to this site.

Furthermore i have another friend who visits this site on occasion. Only to check the sales. He doesn't want to participate in forums. That's why he hasn't joined (yet).

The rest of my friends aren't that much into gaming as much as me... Heck, i might be the most into gaming from my entire school. Atleast, if you want to play good (and a lot) of Cube-games on my school. My place is the place to be. Same for Wii games. And same for people who like games in general (Wii and PS3 in my home...).

I've been telling people about this site for a year.

whenever i mention this site on other sites i get bashed for using vgchartz numbers, even though i tell them:

a.) the site fixes its numbers after npd
b.) the site is really accurate in hardware
c.) its getting better with software.

oh well. oh yea and the site has been close to the numbers that sony and microsoft have released for consoles shipped and stuff.

please just keep getting more accurate numbers, I need to know how well sony is doing. also, maybe you'll start getting more industry wide recognition.

Firstly, a) is not true - it matches NPD in some areas anyway and in others it believes NPD is wrong. It is more true to say NPD fixes its numbers baed on Vgchartz (!). b) and c) are true, and you need to point out the citations (or uncitations as they may be) of Vgchartz in international media.

I'll spread the word, but I try to do that when I can anyways. I did get my brother to join recently, and he was online last night filling his profile out. I think he'll enjoy himself here, as vgchartz's community is leagues above the 1UP hooligans he's used to.

i was checking forum pages and then one popped up saying i had a new vg friend request. i didn't check the request right away and continued to broswe. however, when i checked my profile later, i found no requests.

is there some vg friend request hide out spot?
