This is a question to PS4 and XBONE users would you or have you thought about getting a Wii U as a 2nd console?

Already have one and I might be getting a ps4 soon, not sure if I wan't to get ps4 or xbox one, have to see what deals there are I guess.

Nintendo consoles since the cube thing has been the perfect companion for other consoles.
I get the best of FPS, Racing, TPS, Soccer, and Fighting genre on X1 and get the best Platformers on Nintendo.

No. It's a fantastic second console. The other two are too similar. Get a U for a different experience and exclusives.
(For me, it's my 1st console. So I buy all the 3rd parties on it.)

I have though about it for mk8 ans SSBU. But not anymore, too many games coming out from now on on ps4/X1, and I am getting every major release from now on. I am buying like 5 games this month alone.

I'd probably get a PS3 before a Wii U. The games are actually cheaper and are more to my liking. Might have to get my gf a Wii U since the only games she likes include Mario.

It's a better secondary console than my Xbone is.

But I still play my PS3 more than I play my Wii U, so the PS3 is technically my best "secondary console" right now. xD

Hmmm I want Fatal Frame, FE, and Bayonetta 2 for the Wii U. Those 3 aren't enough for me to justify a purchase of a Wii U thus not good enough to be a second console.

Not for me in 2014 it hasn't. 

Looking at the 2014 games I've played. I've only played one game (DK Tropical Freeze) on Wii U. 

Looking into the future I feel PS4 and X1 have better lineups with their exclusive front than the Wii U coupled with 3rd party support, which IMO is greater than anything first party from the big three.
