Destiny caused 500k+ returns of PS4.

Forums - Sales Discussion - Destiny caused 500k+ returns of PS4.

As we all know PS4 had announced 10M sales some months away and going by the weekly sales, NPD and other trackers PS4 should show at least 12M for September 30th (13.5M shipped) but it is actually showing 11.4M.

The real reason was hidden from most for quite some time, but I used my investigation skills and discovered what happened. Several customers have been reported to return their PS4 Destiny bundle out of disapointment, we have several threads in here attesting that and they never lied.

So there it is, mistery solved. 600k customers returned their PS4 because of Destiny disapointment. THE BOMBA. VGC is tracking 100% perfectly, no cry of undertracked will be allowed until all the 600k returned PS4 get rebought.

Update 1: VGC verified the returned numbers from Taco Bell promotion and cut another 150k from ps4 numbers. Seems like the consoles were filled with taco.

Sony is DOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMED

Lol

Currently Playing: SSB: Ultimate Splatoon 2, LoZ: Breath of the Wild, & Fortnite

makes sense to me.

I am actually laughing about this. It's why you don't buy into the hype of a game, unless you know it'll be good.

Yep, and they all went to X1, hence the undertracking

But ioi must decide how they will count the changes from PS4 to X1 (actually I think several people would gladly change Destiny PS4 or X1 for Halo MCC bundle if they could).
