I hate one game directs, but for Bayo i'll let it slide. This game needs the exposure and a single direct isn't enough. It needs aggressive advertising.

hahahahhahahahaahhaahah   in greece,there arent  any adds(for ps4 we have tons of adds)!i came to usa to see my relatives and attend to an event.I thought usaaaaa ,oh  i will finally see for the first time nintedo advertisments on tv!there weren t any...!nintendo has to change a lot of things  ,of her marketing tactics...actually she hasnt any...it s time to get some:P

Exactly. Here in germany i see PS4 ads all the time, but Wii U? Really rarely...

Nintendo really needs to step up their game.

i feel that nintendo has started to learn from her mistakes!You saw miyamotto's statements,mario kart purchace plus with a free game offer etc...!nintendo rectifies...:P bayonettas promoting is the sine qua non for good sales,and good sales of bayo could bring third party support, although i m not thinking that ninty needs it:P bayo is  a great bet for ninty,it sold 2m combined ps3/xbox360,who mightn t be nintendo gamers ,she has to manage to lure them,as a result a big boost for wii u,also it could attract other ''mature gamers'' :P i know 15 people in my native country who bought wii u for bayo lol:P

I honestly don't care about the advertising: I just want it to be successful and advertising is a double-edged sword. Advertising can POTENTIALLY increase sales BUT it can also increase the amount of sales a game needs to be considered successful. Advertising isn't free... I'd rather that money go into the game itself. Putting the game on streaming services and such is many times cheaper.

Was hoping for just a general one since it seems like it's been a long time since we've had one of those. But this will be cool too. I guess we should expect every major Wii U exclusive to get its own direct at some point, since that's pretty much what they've been doing.

More advertising often leads to a game's success as opposed to little or none.

The rewards outweigh the risk when you do advertisment. But when you dont do it, there is a higher chance the game sales to porly to be profitable. So its lways better to go full with marketing.
