I can only sdpeak for AC3 since I did try it on wii u, and it played as good as the same on ps3.

Its a chicken and egg situation here.

People dont buy 3rd party wii u games. 3rd party stop making wii u games. People complain about lack of wii u games.

If you love wii u (which is fine) accept and move on that quality multiplats will not show up on wii u.
Its not your fault, its not publishers fault, if anything its nintendos fault.

Accept that you'll be playing great first and second party exclusives on wii u.
And if you want assassins creed and alike, either get a ps4, xb1 or pc.

Maybe you are buying the games for the wrong console? I found AC4 on PS4 quite enjoyable.

Yeah, actually, it is. They didn't advertise ACIII for the system. They did a sloppy port with that game (framerates were lower than 360/PS3 for same graphical quality), which they promised to fix with the next one. They then dropped DLC support from ACIV, and it was again a sloppy port (again, framerates lower than 360/PS3). And they delayed the PAL Wii U version for no reason (360/PS3 versions released same day in America and PAL).

And Ubisoft is blaming the market. Which demonstrates their mindset - companies that care about their customers don't blame their customers for poor sales. Ubisoft could have pushed the Wii U version. They could have put real effort into the Wii U version. Instead, they cut features, they failed to properly optimise it, and they failed to seriously advertise it. And then they blamed the consumers.

As so many have pointed out, Ubisoft have said they will no longer make "mature" titles for the Wii U, instead focusing on games like Just Dance. This despite the fact that their best-selling title so far (by quite a margin) on Wii U was ZombiU, and that it has outsold the best-selling Wii U Just Dance by 145%.

They don't deserve your defense.

I swear if one more person uses ZombiU as a reason as to why mature games sell well on Wii U after all, I'm gonna lose it.

Launch game, exclusive, bundled, take your pick for why the game did its 700k but in no way does that game show us that mature multiplats can do well on the Wii U.

I'm ... not sure you're on the right track in terms of convincing anyone you should have more stuff with the word "mature" printed on it.
