as a Nintendo fanboy, my opinion why the wiiu is failing is down to these reasons

1. Forcing motion controls on wii users ( turning off a rebuy

2. Aiming. To be a second choice console( which was overpriced to be)

3. Extremely bad marketing, I missed e3 the year wiiu was lauched and didn't know about it

4 failing. To bring a Pokemon. Game to wii u

5, constant lack of steady releases

old skool

3 and 5 are the only ones I agree with.

^ This. Though I will say they are getting better at 5. If there is going to be a big span with no games they need to have some heavy hitters in place. Xenoblade X and Zelda U for example.

Your last topic. Um, I can somewhat agree with 0. Just kidding, I can agree with 3. Did you notice the Wii U now sits in the number three slot from the number six.

Welcome.

Enjoy your stay.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Agreed on 5.

and welcome!

This ^^

Marketing definitely led to consumer confusion. There has been many times where I have been shopping and overhead some things that us gamers would consider as being quite silly - "Oh Call of Duty for Wii... I don't want ot have to waggle my arms to play, that sounds awkward". This was someone looking at Call of Duty Ghosts for the Wii U. The console that has many different control methods, so motion controlls do not have to be implemented into your playstyle. A lot of consumers are not aware of trivial things like this.

Welcome!
I agree with 3-5.
