A few days ago I visited the site on my iphone. Before the site could finish loading I was bombarded with a prompt to visit the iTunes Store over and over for about 30 seconds straight. Right after that I was hit with the problem you described above.
I had to reload the page and had to go through the prompts again. When I finally got through something prevented me from posting. The latter could be an issue with safari, not sure. Either way very frustrating. I said fuck it and removed the site from my favs on my phone. From now on I only visit this site from my PC with a strict ad blocker.

This site is slow as &%@# sometimes on my Wii U, still I come here all the time. I usually load pages I am interested in, in the background, on a new tab. I can not use adblock, because of NintendOS, but ads do not show up anyway. Probably that is why it is so slow. I am all for a mobile version - with ads if that is necessary. My son makes conversions from web to mobile and claims it is one days work for most sites

This is an entirely immature uneccecesary response to a legitimate problem this site has.

I'm on my iPhone 4S and I'm not experiencing any problems.

Ads don't display properly. In fact, they don't display at all.

The page is rather slow, though, and I keep getting booted to desktop mode for some reason.

Go make your own website. This website has been broken for years. People on here have been dealing with it. New guys come along and you guys act like you deserve to be pampered. Deal with it, like everyone else has. What have you given this website for them to fix things just for you? I've been doing database on this website for years with countless ads.
