I'm saying the X1 doesn't need to do as well as PS4 be successful or relevant.

Wiiu might be able to get away with that. X1 cant.

Any less then PS4 and its a failure, both are build on royalties form thrd parties.  X1 weak sales are costing big time already and its only getting worse and worse.  The less it sale then PS4 the bigger a failure it is and less relevent it is.

Last week it nearly only did 1/4 of PS4 sales, that is a colosul failure.  its awfull sales are nearing a point where publishers can start thinking of skiping releasing on X1.

Your arguments are weak.

Wii U is struggling more than X1 and hurting Nintendo financially. Also, the X1 is getting better support because it does a good job at selling 3rd party software.

I agree that more sales equals more relevance. However, you said the X1 is irrelevant and that's simply not true. Even if the X1 is less successful than PS4, the X1 can still be important to 3rd parties. Especially given the cost of game development today. The X1 only has a userbase of 5 million right now but has multiple million sellers. That's why 3rd parties support the X1.

You're hoping developers will skip the X1, but as of now its getting great support and I expect that to continue. Even the OG Xbox got pretty strong support with userbase of 20 million. In fact, the OG Xbox even had great 3rd party support you couldn't find on PS2.

The biggest problem for MS is sales are sliding, more people are buying PS4 cause their mates are on it, and Sony has pulled a blinder by adding PSN+ for multiplayer, doing that and doing better sales console wise means the type of revenue that MS earned from Gold last gen is not going to happen this gen.

I'm sure Sony was only looking at the money MS were making from gold last gen and were just hoping to make a bit of cash from it to help boost profit, but now because of the PS4 success it means they could really reduce the profit that the XBO was likely to get... especially from two console owners who might only subscribe to one service... it's a genius move, not sure they understood the consequence when they did it, but it has turned out very well for Sony.

LOL, I TOTALLY agree!  Somehow, it's far easier to stomach spending $400 for a 2nd console than it is to accept yet ANOTHER subscription!

Listen i see it with my own eyes on the Blue Screen right now at the Moment:

TWO APPS: IGN and VidZone, the third one is called Headset Support or something like that (there's nothing more).

Don't know but it seems again you Amerks got more content as always ( by the Way this issue Is even worse on Xbox)

GAMES: What Games? Had the Most fun with Killer Instinct, Ryse (Yeah really) so far. I don't say there's much, much more to Play for Xbox One at the Moment, but i really don't know what to Play on PS4 and don't come with MLB. Maybe One Out of 1000 Europeans may know some tiny parts of the Game.

quality of Graphics, OS ... InFamous Second Son POP UPS and Framerate issues like i saw last Time when i played Red dead on the 360!! While playing Knack i never had any issues, Game was running smoothly without Pop ups.

PS4:

looks better

even the Controller has a small Edge over Xbox's Controller

no freaking Power Brick

no useless Camera forced on you

xbox One

a solid user Interface and market Place, more customization options.

way more Apps, Updates and content, better friend List Organisation, still better Chat (Skype)

still a top Notch controller

both

Sorry PS Fanboys Ryse is the Best Looking Game ( InFamous is a Pop Up Festival), Knack Looks nice and KZSF i passed coz of it's shitty Reviews.

And no i see (feel) no difference that PS4s OS seems to work faster

the PS User Interface on PS3 was a mess now with PS4 it Looks much more organized but still has much room for improvement

all i can say Both Consoles are nice Devices with not much to Play for at the Moment. In my Opinion Xbox has a small Edge for me coz it's trying harder to be a next Gen experience. But if you have tiny Parts of Your Brain taking Control over your will to must buy a next Gen Console, all I can say is  wait til 15

Do i even need any lol, numbers and reality crush anything you post.

It can be but that quickly is fading away, its rather simple to see .  Indi devs already dont overly care about releasing on X1, X1 sales in Europe are so bad any publisher with a game thats very eurocentric already needs not a X1 release.  X1 saving grace is its strong launch numbers but those to are quickly being erased by PS4.  X1 is not getting all the games PS4 is, devs/publishers are already skipping it.

Buddy i own all 3 consoles, i dont give a fak like you do.   I just see reality and see the numbers and its freaking bad for X1.  I dont need to justify and hope my console does well.  If tommorow Sony goes B or MS shutters xbox or Ninty can go 3rd aprty, i donty overly care.  But its clear you do and you are blinded by it.

Once again, you're just babbling.

You ignore games have done well on X1 beyond launch and its still getting support from developers big and small. Did you see E3? Did you get the impression the X1 was hurting for support?

I'm simply arguing the picture you're painting of X1 being doomed simply isn't accurate. The only console that's genuinely doomed this gen is Vita. Everything else is getting great support.

Spin and avoid reality all you want, it is what it is.

Current support is here due to decisions made years ago.  Do you get that ?  Its getting less then PS4, and it will be less and less with time.

I guess to some people selling one 4th or one 5th of its competitior is just peachy.

At the moment Devs have no choice to support XBO because last gen is dying on it's feet. I think in another 18 months it will all depend on the size of the userbase.

If sales of X1 software was bad the support would disappear just like Wii U support has disappeared. The fact is X1 software sales have been solid and that will keep support coming.

I do anticipate PS4 to get stronger support, like PS3 had with Japanese support. But that doesn't mean X1 support will be weak.

Like I said before, I don't feel the X1 is doing "extremely well." Nor do I its doing horrible as you seem to beleive. I feel the X1 is doing well, nothing more and nothing less.

If it makes you feel better about your choice, you go on and keep calling dismal sales " doing well"
