That would be neat

Good news for Spanish gamers who want a X1!

Some people are starting to say that MS may announce a Euro wide perhaps even worldwide price cut at Gamescon.

I'm not sure what's up, but if you were planning to buy an X1 this week, I'd maybe hold off or check if your store does price matching in the event of a sudden price reduction.

Confirms IMHO the fact that July NPD and EU sales were back to horrible after the tiny June bump.

I hope MS cuts worldwide by $50 this month, that may force Sony to at least drop to a normal $399.99 in Canada in time for the Destiny bundle.

Perfect price. The system isn't powerful as its nearest competitor. Also it's weak when it comes into first party studios.

They are certainly struggling at this price point, but two cuts in two months...I doubt it...

Xbox Spain have denied it:

Xbox price to € 349.99 One Mobile web is a error (confusion with price in pounds) and are working to correct it.

It could be true, Portugal Xbox Product Manager said recently in an interview that Xbox One will have a launch console SKU without games, and since the 399 € Xbox One will be bundled with 2 download codes for Forza 5 and FIFA 15, The console only SKU could very well be priced for 349 €
