We have seen trolling attemps like this a lot. Fact is you are trying to troll. Now mods will judje.

You know... the word "troll" has become a ubiquitous one. Everyone makes use it of to label those with whom they happen to disagree. I'm a troll in your eyes because I have opinion contrary to yours.

Except your initial post, and thread title, both relied upon information that is almost hilariously out of date. I actually remember reading about those discussions of the break up, but what should be kept in mind is that any such efforts were made before it became abundantly clear that the PS4 was going to blast the WiiU out of the water, and even pull substantially ahead of its more direct competitor. Bringing this information out now, titling it as recent events, basically suggests that you're only trying to sell a personal opinion, and are desperately looking for information to support it.

A comparative example would be me bringing up those discussions of shareholders and such at Microsoft, talking about spinning off the Xbox platform or selling it. And then posting it today as 'Yup, Microsoft is going to be selling Xbox, cause of THIS stuffsaidagesagothatmightnotapply.'

If you want to pull out evidence that the talks, and procedures to break up the company, or more specifically to sell off the PlayStation division in particular, are in progress right now, then I encourage you to dig up that information. (and no, the links proving that Sony has been suffering losses isn't proof, it only proves that Sony has been suffering losses.) But don't come charging out with a great big gaping hole in your OP, because people are either going to assume that you are deliberately trolling, or that you're just not quite bright enough to realize the big mistake you made.

Things are so bad at Sony that they have been firing people at a rate of 10,000 a year, for the past several years.

Firings began almost a decade ago as the company started to collapse.

Anyone who thinks this company has a future is lying to themselves.

You seem to have been butthurt and will have great joy to see this happen to the company

The PS5 Exists.

Objective facts backed up by legitimate sources vs kids bitching and screaming inane comments like 'ur mad', etc. What a laugh for sales based forum.

Ironically the PS3 failed so badly that a book was published called "Why the PS3 failed."

It's available online if you can read Japanese.

The device cost Sony over 8 BILLION in losses.

http://www.gamesindustry.biz/articles/2012-05-10-sony-playstation-division-suffers-full-year-USD2-8bn-loss

For you little console warriors in the audience, this is more than double the loss incurred by the xbox division at Microsoft.

Sony as a whole is only valued at 18 Billion.

Not sure, though I'm also having a bit of trouble loading the site on my mobile, so it might be some kind of glitch.
