Oh yeah, the age at first was hard to deal with. It ended up super awkward after the first time skip when everybody was 14 and hyper sexual.

I watched about 4 episodes of it so far and I'm not really liking it. I don't care for the characters' ages but i'm gonna watch a few more episodes.

In the Jitsu wa Watashi wa manga, Aizawa the class rep and alien girl got the most votes for the most popular character, though it was close. That's awesome for someone who is obviously not the main heroine that the protagonist is in love with. Personally, I think Aizawa is easily the best girl. Youko the vampire was a close second and Akane the demon was a close third. Somehow the angel, who isn't even in the anime yet, got fourth. Pervert wolf-girl got fifth.

The main character got eleventh place. Heh.

I watched Food Wars from the start to the penultimate episode basically in one day just to read a comment that mentioned there would be no Food Wars this week. My disappointment was real. I'm still hoping it gets approved for another season since we'll be stopping at the very start of the Autumn Elections.
