Okay... as a third world resident, we actually have many common problems. Anyway, here are my exclusives:

- Street spitters.
- Public urination.
- Drivers never ever respect pedestrians.
- I want an original copy... too bad! I can only get the pirated version.
- People never respect lines.
- Litter.... litter everywhere.
- Dogs running in the street.
- No one ever respects lines.
- Mugging.... SO. MUCH. MUGGING.

This doesn't sound third world, besides the mugging. Third world is more like potential starvation, no indoor plumbing, living in slums, having to pay to use a toilet, barely have access to clean water, etc. etc.

I'm not sure there's a country on earth that completely fits your criteria. There may be some particular areas that do but I doubt any whole country has those problems everywhere. Your view of the 3rd world must be quite poor.

- My A/C is too cold but i'm too comfortable covered in my blanket to turn it down.
- The sea wind from my oceanfront apartment is wrinkling my shirts.
- I have too many game systems and so little time.
- I have games that are still sealed.
- People keep begging me money because of the wealth my family has.
- My parents are making me work for the summer.
- Not sure which car to drive today.
- Friends keep asking me to pull strings for them so they can stay at my hotel for the yearly weekend of partying
- My gardener isn't watering the grass properly and the dirt goes into the pool.

And I live in third world. The term is just so broad people misconceive it. There are thrid world countries that are well off. :/

I'd say that by definition a "3rd world country" can't be well off altogether. However, they can have a lot of "well off" people who live much better than most first world residents.

Funny enough, if we go by countries' wealth, isn't the U.S. the poorest country in the world?

Here's my first world problems:

1. My internet somehow dies out when it rains.
2. My computer can run Warframe, but it gives a lot of lag input.
3. My internet is catastrophically slow (2.5Mb/s), and I get killed everytime on online games.
4. I have a functioning air conditioner in my room I can't use.
5. I have many games and I don't know what to play.

This... is all pretty fucked up stuff.

Pretty sure the US is near the top for pretty much any way you can calculate wealth of a country.

IDK, if you went by debt, pretty sure the U.S. would probably be the poorest

Well let me add some third world countries for the sake of balance:

1- Very poor infraestructure: Ports, airports, railroads.

2- Horrible public transport system

3- No recycling programs.

4- Poor water planning. I mean, I live in a tropical country, in average we get 168ml of rain  per year, yet the politicians never thought about the growing population and the lack of water for some communities!! There is literally  4 hours of water per day! and thats been happening for almost a year now! There are some plans of making new diggings to find more sources of water, but that is just empty talk!

5- Rape-like loan rates for housing. When the minimum wage is $450, how can banks expect people to pay $600-$800 monthly for a house! (btw I am network engineer working for Cisco, yet $800 a month is still expensive for me)

6- Slow ass internet. Well recently is getting better. I have 10mb, but I pay around $45... I used to pay the same for 4mb.

7- Mobile internet sucks. LTE is available, but carriers do not subsidy phones the same way they do in other places. For example I got a huawei Ascend p6. I pay $32 a month for 4mb of internet (3g) but I dont get more than 1mb. So upgrading to a 4g phone such as Galaxy, Htc, Iphone or the likes will cost me around $500-$700 for the phone + the plan...

8- Eating healty is damn too expensive!! I do not eat fast food at all, (Last time I ate a burger at BK was like 10 years ago) vegetables, fruits, grains, fish, pork, meet is getting more and more expensive everyday!!

9- The gasoline is way too expensive. $2 a litre is overly expensive.

Didn't say they were. There is no country where everyone is well off. There are a lot of people in the US living in less than adequate  My point is some people think all third world countries are the same and have the same problems.

Wow, your right. Number 1, with about $17.3 trillion of debt.

I thought that was common knowledge lol.
