So, as it says in the title, I was gone for four weeks, and didn't use the forum in these weeks. I figured that now, with my return would be a good time to "Introduce myself".I'm a 18 year old norwegian gamer. I'm mostly a playstation gamer, but I do occasionally play on my pc aswell. Even though I am a playstation fan, I try too always look at stuff in an objective way (Just let me know if you notice if I fail to do that.) I love platformers, and Ratchet and Clank is my favourite series (despite the crap that was All 4 One and FFA). So, I guess that's it.
Anywho, I'll get to the point quickly:
Lately I've been having a little pet project on Steam, ie. trying to figure out a way to make Steam wallet money just by trading cards. I added no funds to my wallet to get start capital, the only thing I did was sell a few cards I had gotten from card drops in various games. Now, what I've been trying to do is pretty simple: buy cards at a lower price and sell them at a slightly higher price.
In the start, it went pretty slowly, because I could only trade with a few cards at a time, and you can't sell cards you've bought before they've been in your inventory for a week. So yeah, as you can imagine, it's a sort of tedious project, but in all honesty, it doesn't take much time to make a few buy request at a certain price, and when you're ready, make a few sell "requests" for a slightly higher price. Now, this isn't exactly a way to get rich, but I just want to see if I could be able to fund a modestly priced game only from buying and selling Steam trading cards.
