I think a 60-70% attach rate might be a bit much. But I do agree it will be the biggest exclusive between Sony and Microsoft this holiday.

It could be #1 against Sony, but all the Sony games combined will beat Halo easily.

I don't know about your numbers, but I will indeed buy it because I have NOTHING else that I want on my own xbox one and I need to have something I actually use my dust collector for! I also have never finished more than 10% of any Halo game in the past, so it looks like it will be a perfect thing for me to grab.

However I don't know that it will outsell everything, it is just a rehash after all, of games that exist on the 360 already as well, so if someone has the same thing on the 360, why would they buy this? I don't see how they do what you think they will, but time will tell!

Cuz they cant play halo cea and halo2 online on xbox

Don't forget the game is free on Playstationplus (albeit a gimped version) and I think that will steal a lot of sales of the physical discs. Combine that and the upgrade program Sony has with the game, I believe the majority of the copies sold will be digital.

600k for physical copies sold for the Holiday season isn't too far fetched, I thnk.

@OP: Highly doubtful. If it does numbers like that I'll be very very impressed. I'll go with 2.5-3mil- copies max. If it does better numbers then, oh well. Doesn't affect me
