Wrong subtitle. They should rename it to Resident Evil 7: The series ends now, because as much as crap as the series has been lately, this is its last chance unless it turns out to be a good game, which I'm doubting.

If this is as dull and cheap like the RE6, I'm not interested. The worst thing is, I still like Resident Evil, and Revelations was awesome. But I hope it goes back to a more traditional approach and less QTE. Trying to kill a giant monster that rises back to life is not scary, it's annoying.

The one thing I'm also hopeful for is a male lead character in a bodysuit. We had Jill in 2 games, and Jessica in Revelations.

I loved RE1,2 and 4.  Number 5 was just ok.  Hope to be wowed again by a RE game. The hope is still alive.

A japanese third party franchise exclusive for Xone is stupid! Doesn't matter if the franchise is "western-focused" the game will lose the sales potential.

I was just about to comment this ! I guess either no one realized it, or they just chose to ignore it and to believe the rumor.
