Probable the Skyward Sword Limited Edition (with golden Wiimote).
And the Bioshock Collector's Edition (with Big Daddy).

Sold the PC-versions of Final Fantasy 7 + 8 for €150 together a few years ago... they didn't run very well on a 64bit-Windows anyway.

And I sold my GC-version of Wind Waker (and Ocaria of Time) a few months ago. Got the 3DS version of OoT instead, Wind Waker HD will follow.

Bubble Bobble 2 on NES... usually goes for $200 and up on eBay.

Also Worms Armageddon on N64 and the Zelda Anniversary collection on the GC.

Wow, complete I would imagine? I am jealous. I am trying to get a complete Earthbound set but it's crazy expensive.
