Earlier today the first 20 minutes of gameplay from the retail version of inFAMOUS: Second Son were leaked, and interestingly enough they include a scene that was shown during the E3 2013 trailer.

Even more interestingly, the new version of the scene looks very different, showcasing changes in lighting and time of day and even some redesigned environments, as you can see from the screenshots below (

Well that's disappointing.

And i swear if someone comes in here and tries to say this is an upgrade and not a downgrade (as was the case with Ryse) then im gonna throw a fit.

Damn lighting took a big hit.

Whoa, talk about improvements. Still, the lighting was so bad initially that it was probably obvious that it would see refinements.

Thats BS, they must have been running the game on PC at E3.

Now i'm thinking all the beauty we saw from FF15 is going to be downgraded aswell.

Throw your fit, then.  Looks like a complete upgrade to me.  The early lighting is horrible and the faces look much better in the later screehshots.

Least its not anywhere close to Watch_Dog's level of downgrade. Some screen shots look better when others look worse, nothing too bad however

Downgradeaton confirmed, but expected. Hopefully people will keep this stuff in mind for this year's E3
