Because the gameplay of titanfall is exactly the same one as cod just adding Titans and futuristic things like those kind of jetpacks.

But it has nothing to do with Halo where you need a lot of ammo to kill a guy or assassinate him and the gameplay is very different

Depends how well each review, Titanfall has more to prove than Infamous. With Infamous we all know what to expect, Titanfall though has a chance to cement itself as "The next big shooter" if it succeeds then infamous has no chance.

Yes but Uncharted is not a new IP,The order and Titanfall both are new IP is more fair to compare Titanfall and the order then Titanfall and Uncharted.

That is a brave prediction.  I think it is not likely to happen. But hey, kudos for sticking your neck out there.

You have some sequel versus the most talked about new IP and next gen game out there.  It should have the biggest debut in years.  Especially for a console with only 3 million users.

Well I'm happy to see that some of you are at least entertaining the idea. I haven't completely lost my mind I guess. Thanks for all the replies. It looks like I'm definitely in the minority here.

lol xD this will be an interesting thread. however, i dont think people are looking at the full picture.

1- TitanFall is also releasing on Xbox 360 and PC, so even though the game might have strong legs, the 360 version will most likely take most of the sales at launch. 

2- Xbox One is performing pretty bad in Europe. no way to spin it, PS4 is dominating XB1 in EU and the gap is getting bigger. PS4 already has a 2:1 ratio and its getting bigger, just this week PS4 outsold XB1 with a 2.6:1 ratio. So, that means infamous will have a much better install base in EU to sell too than TF on XB1. also remember, the infamous pre-orders are USA only, where the consoles seem to have pretty even sales there.

3. VGC Infamous 2 sales in EU are incomplete. dont know why VGC removed it but they had a note on infamous 2 page (and other games as well) that the "data for this game is uncomplete in this region". but they removed it. so infamous 2 actually sold more than the site shows. probably a lot more. 

4- infamous is being heavily marketed, much more than the other 2, it also features a new character and it isnt infamous 3. its second son, so from a marketing perspective that allowed new people to join in the story line, they dont have to play the other two, they can just play this game and understand it fully. infamous fans know its a true sequal, and new commers arent scared off to jump in

so yeah, you might be right, i would say TF will sell more, but not by much. either way, those who call you crazy right away are wrong, there is a chance of infamous outselling it, guess we will have to wait and see.
