Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Eternal Darkness trademark

Maybe they'll go to the guys who were working on Shadow of the Eternals and say "Hey, wanna make it an actual sequel instead of a spiritual successor?" The game was a sequel to Eternal Darkness in all but name, they already had a good chunk of it done, and it had many of the team members who worked on the original game.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

I really hope they do something with it. At the very least an HD release. Game was great.

Wasn't this part of RARE when it was sold to Microsoft?

Didn't Microsoft release a ED for 360?

lol you're confusing it with perfect dark.

If Nintendo made $10 digital-only survival horror game in the same vein as Slender Man or Amnesia mixed with Zombie U, it would be amazing. Especially if it was first person with the option to use the Wii Mote as a flashlight or Gamepad as a camera.

They are Nintendo after all... They are not going to do a damn thing with Eternal Darkness..  Not even a HD remake.
