This site is going to be in rough shape over the next year. At least when sales are similar, it encourages healthy debate and fire. But I predict that most of the top xbox forum members are going to be gone.

EDIT: This is not my personal desire. I personally want them to stay.

Well they can make as some Ninty supporters that put 3DS against PS4 so they don't need to talk about WiiU... they can discuss Windows sales agaisn't PS4, since its a OS used also to play games. And them PS4 will be destroyed in sales.

Well maybe not the Top but I guess a whole bunch of middle tier Xbox fans will leave. But we will also have a new underclass of highly aggressive apologists.

Of course we want them to stay. It's just not fun gloating about something without someone else cringing in agony about it. Just imagine what would happen to the 3DS people if the Vita people left.

Yup, I plan on leaving Fall 2014.

I expect a few permabans and a few just leaving. If Apple joins the console market I'd hope to see them take over.

I will likely be too. This site is going to be so overrun by Sony fans, I will no longer be able to stomach it. It already had a huge majority during the lull of the PS3 days, and even then they possessed a sort of fan obsession and arrogance that was difficult for me to weather. I can't even fathom the Sony love fest that is going to ensue within the next few years when PS4 dominates..

From my perspective some of the most avid xboxers on VGC are actually very calm and relaxed. Many of the Xboxers are multi-console gamers as well.

Now if youre talking about the ones that argue a lot youre talking about maybe 1-3 people? Maybe more, not sure. I cant think of many.  Sales2099 rarely posts, Selnor and Kowenicki are gone most of the time anymore.

And you can say this about all fan bases really. Most of the bigger users who argue a lot will get banned a lot.

I agree. This site always have been mainly for Sony fans and I expect it to stay like that or get even worse. The good news is that there are thousands of gaming forums so it won't be hard to find a new home.
