WOW that was a really hard catch... I will do the maths again after the Global chartz gets up... maybe some fixes will happen.

This kind of stuff happens more often than you might think, especially with Europe. Another example: at the end of August 2011, LTD European 3DS software sales reset to 0. I haven't the patience to figure out whether or not this is retroactively fixed down the line, but I assume it is not. Thankfully, it seems games released before that time are unaffected.

The other 300k were from normal adjustments. Most weeks by only 3-5k, but some of the bigger ones by more than 10k. Only the weird 100k+ discrepancy represents an error in calculation.

You are right with PS4 but Xbone in EU is more about demmand I guess.
